We're proud of the culture we've created at Navigation North, both for the dedication to quality products delivered on schedule, and the loose style with which we go about creating those products. We don't usually wear shoes around the office. We play our music a little too loud. We have tense, heated debates about features and performance, and walk away smiling anyways. We don't usually adhere to etiquette or societal norms that try to dictate where good ideas come from or how they get presented. We walk away when we need to, battle it out over the foosball table, and then come back refocused and energized. It may not be the best environment for everyone, but it keeps our creative juices flowing and our ideas fresh and honest.
